As Elijah prepares to depart, Elisha refuses to leave his side, embodying the deep spiritual commitment to walk with and learn from those who came before him. In a time when it’s easier to turn away than to stay present, Elisha’s perseverance calls us to consider: What does faithful commitment look like in our lives today?
