Godly Play for Children
What is Godly Play?
Godly Play is available during worship for children from ages 5 to 12. The Godly Play approach helps children explore their faith through story, gain religious language and enhance their spiritual experience through wonder and play. LMUMC Youth Group
For youth ages 12 and older, the Youth group, led by two adult volunteers, meets monthly during worship service and throughout the year participates in field trips and service projects. These include:
Lake Tahoe Youth Retreat
Pizza and a Movie Nights
Oakland/Bay Area cultural events
and more!
All youth are welcome!
Nursery & Preschool Care
Available during Sunday Worship
Activities and care are provided for children up to 5 years old on Sundays during the worship service starting at 10:30am in the nursery room.
