Inbreaking New Creation – Hope

“Hope that can be seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?” – Romans 8:24

In a village in Papua New Guinea, hope is described as “seeing through the horizon.” It’s a beautiful reminder that hope is not rooted in what we already hold, but in the trust that something more — God’s vision of love, justice, and peace — is drawing near.

Even when life feels heavy with struggle or clouded by uncertainty, God invites us to see with the eyes of faith — to live now as if the new creation is already among us. Wherever compassion is practiced, justice pursued, and welcome extended — there, hope breaks through.
