This Sunday, February 1st, we will be honoring everyone who will be celebrating their birthdays in February. There will be birthday cake for all to share during Fellowship time immediately following Worship.

10 AM – 1 PM, Monday – Thursday

Throughout the month of January, the office will be limited to the hours of 10 AM – 1 PM (rather than the usual 2 PM) Monday through Thursday. If you are calling and unable to reach someone at the office, please leave a message or send an email to office@lakemerrittUMC.org

The Council of Bishops is inviting United Methodists across the connection to help discern the future of the Church through a denomination-wide survey (open now through Feb. 15, 2026) and a series of churchwide webinars on Wesleyan identity and vision.

Pastor Sunae at the Gathering of the Spiritual Leaders

Monday, February 02 to Thursday, February 05

Pastor Sunae will be away attending the Gathering of the Spiritual Leaders from February 2 through February 5 at Asilomar Conference Grounds. This gathering is convened by the Bishop Sandy Olewine of the California-Nevada Annual Conference for all ordained and appointed clergy. Deacon Ken, Deacon Stephanie, Rev. Renee, Rev. Myrna, and Rev. Richard are attending the Bishop’s gathering as well.

During this time, Pastor Sunae will remain available by email; however, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. For any urgent or emergency matters, please text Pastor Sunae directly.
