Today we begin our two-week Stewardship Campaign: “Growing and Transforming in God’s Generosity.” Our scriptures for today—Philippians 4:11–12 and Hebrews 13:5–6—invite us into cultivating contentment: trusting that God provides what we truly need and learning, like Paul, “to be content whatever the circumstances.”

During these two weeks, we invite Christ to dwell in our hearts through faith, so that we may be rooted and established in God’s love and have the power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ—and to live like Jesus (Ephesians 3:17–18).
